Being associated as part of the 2nd wave of Detroit Techno artists, Terrence Dixon has always found a way to stand out among the pool of Detroit producers.
The "outsider from the inside" struck and still strikes with his uncompromised way of forging grooves and patterns: the sort of minimalism that rises from a deeper need-meets-hustle-meets-passion, which has music being a product of the innermost surges, an act of purity not needing too much quiddity to manifest in its fullness.
Indeed his persona and philosophy are quite proximate to ours, which manifested our encounter and enduring respect.
